The Senior Data Enablement Change Manager will support the Data Enablement and AI & Data Science team with change management and communication efforts. This role is crucial in helping the organization understand the purpose of data enablement and driving culture and behavioral change.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support data enablement initiatives.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to promote understanding and adoption of data enablement practices.
  • Create and execute comprehensive communication plans to inform and educate employees about data enablement initiatives.
  • Conduct impact assessments to understand how data enablement initiatives will affect different parts of the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with the AIT AI & Data Science team to ensure change management efforts are integrated with data enablement.
  • Track the progress of change initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Drive cultural and behavioral change by promoting the benefits of data enablement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Data Science, Data Management or a related field.
  • 7+ years experience in change management, preferably in data-driven or digital transformation environments.
  • 7+ years experience in leading enterprise-wide change initiatives involving data governance, data platforms, or analytics modernization.
  • 7+ years experience with Prosci, ADKAR, or other change management methodologies.
  • Experience implementing data governance frameworks, metadata management, or data quality programs.
  • Proven ability to work with IT, business units, and executive leadership.
  • Oversaw large-scale transformation programs with multiple workstreams.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, GenAI (ChatGPT, CoPilot), Collibra, Alation, or Snowflake.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
  • Understanding of data architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Strong understanding of data enablement and its impact on organizational performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in developing and executing communication plans.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

  • OCM Certification.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, Kotter) or related field.
