Join our dynamic team as a Senior Data Analyst, where you will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and leveraging data to drive business decisions and deliver actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, develop business cases, and translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions.

  • Identify and evaluate data sources, perform initial data quality checks, and ensure data is fit for purpose.
  • Support the development and execution of data strategies, ensuring alignment with business value and data governance standards.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable projects, activities, and tasks aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Serve as a conduit between business stakeholders and technical teams, providing recommendations and developing business cases for data-driven projects.
  • Formulate and solve business problems using analytics, big data, and automation techniques.
  • Create compelling data visualizations using tools such as Python, R, Tableau, PowerBI, and more.
  • Mentor junior associates on data storytelling and visualization best practices.
  • Promote and manage data quality, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring data quality metrics.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis using SQL, Python, Excel, and other relevant tools.
  • Apply statistical techniques to analyze data, identify trends, and build basic statistical models.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
  • Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and distributed datastores.
  • Strong understanding of data management, data quality, and data governance principles.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Python/R libraries).
  • Experience with statistical analysis and exploratory data analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and business metrics across multiple domains (product, finance, marketing, sales, technology, HR).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
