About the position

The Senior CRM Systems Analyst at Pattern Energy plays a crucial role in supporting various departments by ensuring the effective administration and maintenance of the Salesforce CRM platform. This position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance system functionality, provide user support, and manage system integrations, all while focusing on data integrity and compliance. The analyst will also lead change management initiatives and training programs to ensure smooth adoption of the CRM system across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Managed Services for day-to-day maintenance and execution of approved configurations.
  • Employ Azure DevOps to understand user stories and translate business requirements.
  • Provide daily technical support and issue resolution, managing boards, repositories, and pipelines.
  • Define, design, and configure enhancements to the Salesforce platform.
  • Manage assigned support tickets and backlog delivery.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce customization and complex system integrations.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous cleaning and validation processes.
  • Maintain CRM system security and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate complex projects across different teams.
  • Manage Salesforce configuration changes including object and field management.
  • Gather and translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and related systems.
  • Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Lead change management initiatives for CRM enhancements.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance processes, including user acceptance testing.
  • Oversee data migration projects ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Provide user support including training and troubleshooting.
  • Develop reports and dashboards within Salesforce CRM.
  • Monitor and improve user adoption and provide mentoring to team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Deliver comprehensive Salesforce training programs for users.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of end-to-end implementation experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform.
  • 5+ years of experience in SDLC project management and analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science is advantageous.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Proficiency in configuring Salesforce objects, fields, and workflows.
  • Basic understanding of Apex and Visualforce for customization.
  • Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Understanding of Salesforce integration methods such as RESTful APIs and SOAP APIs.
  • Proficiency in data migration techniques and maintaining data integrity.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange and third-party applications.
  • Ability to create custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Understanding of Salesforce security model and compliance standards.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Ability to document requirements and conduct training sessions.
