Responsibilities

  • Take the reins of our AI-driven content strategy, making sure it resonates with our brand vision and creative ethos.
  • Craft and customize engaging multimedia content—ranging from videos and infographics to social posts and podcasts—to elevate interaction across various platforms.
  • Produce visually striking assets utilizing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma.
  • Oversee a strategic editorial calendar, managing the flow of content from the initial idea to its final publication.
  • Act as the creative steward of our brand, ensuring uniformity and narrative coherence throughout all content.
  • Collaborate with and lead external creative partners, effectively integrating AI tools to enhance our outputs.
  • Utilize brand research and audience insights to guide our content strategy and visual approach.
  • Optimize creative workflows to consistently deliver high-quality, design-focused thought leadership.
  • Ignite innovative storytelling on social media that embodies our dynamic brand identity.
  • Support product launches and campaigns through integrated, visually captivating content strategies.
  • Publish and manage content on WordPress, ensuring adherence to SEO and brand guidelines.
  • Collaboratively work with external designers and social media teams to maintain visual harmony.
  • Lead the development of concepts and manage video production, from scripting through to final edits.
  • Track content performance and leverage insights to enhance creative strategies and elevate impact.
  • Employ analytics and brand studies to continuously adapt our content and visual storytelling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in design, video editing, and branding.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design, writing and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency with Adobe, Canva, Figma, and WordPress.
  • Experience with video strategy, scripting, and editing is highly valued.
  • Solid understanding of branding, social media dynamics, and digital content trends.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a remote environment.
