The Senior Communications Manager plays a key role in strategically supporting a wide range of departmental initiatives in support of RED+F's vision.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies that align with the goals of the Real Estate Development and Facilities department.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication of departmental initiatives.
- Manage internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and social media content.
- Support the Director of Strategic Initiatives in executing communication plans and projects.
- Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications or public relations, preferably in a healthcare or real estate environment.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Master's degree in a relevant field.
