The Senior Communications Manager plays a key role in strategically supporting a wide range of departmental initiatives in support of RED+F's vision.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication strategies that align with the goals of the Real Estate Development and Facilities department.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication of departmental initiatives.
  • Manage internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Support the Director of Strategic Initiatives in executing communication plans and projects.
  • Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications or public relations, preferably in a healthcare or real estate environment.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in real estate development or facilities management.
  • Familiarity with healthcare communication practices.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
