About The Position

The Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager supports the sales of and provides service for commercial insurance customers. This role is responsible for changes, updates, and value-added services. The ideal candidate will have specialized experience in Real Estate, manufacturing, life science, contractors, etc.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• Insurance experience necessary.
• Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
• Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
• Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
• Senior Account Managers are expected to set the standard in both success and culture.
• Insurance: 3 years (Required)
• Property & Casualty License (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Specialized experience in Real Estate, manufacturing, life science, contractors, etc.

Responsibilities

• Answer client’s questions regarding payments and notices.
• Process endorsements for clients.
• Manage a diverse book of house accounts.
• Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
• Support designated sales staff.
• Review and respond to renewal activities.
• Follow up and see tasks thru to completion.
