A key aspect of the role is cultivating and maintaining excellent communication and relationships with clients and insurance carriers, interacting professionally via email, phone, and in-person. The Senior Commercial Client Advisor will develop remarketing strategies, manage the renewal process for their book of business, and participate in client meetings to review insurance strategies. Additionally, the role involves assisting with onboarding and training new associates, serving as a subject matter expert, and participating in cross-selling new lines of coverage or services. The position also requires following up on accounts receivable and attending education classes to expand technical coverage knowledge.
