The Senior Campaign Manager at CyberArk will play a pivotal role in driving demand for Machine Identity Security solutions through the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills who can collaborate across various teams to understand audience needs and develop effective marketing strategies. The role involves managing campaign implementation, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with sales and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning and digital customer journey execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and organizational leaders to understand audience strategy.
  • Support content strategy development in partnership with corporate messaging and content marketing teams.
  • Build integrated campaign architecture and channel mix to guide the target audience through the buyer's journey.
  • Develop nurture strategy and framework with the marketing automation team for lead conversion.
  • Manage digital footprint and strategy related to campaign objectives with web, social, and digital media teams.
  • Coordinate campaign implementation process with key stakeholders across marketing functions.
  • Maintain internal collaboration site for campaign materials and kits.
  • Support sales and SDR enablement for successful outbound prospecting motions.
  • Partner with channel marketing to deliver scalable programs supporting shared business goals.
  • Document processes, create templates, and publish program briefs for execution instructions.
  • Analyze and evaluate campaign performance, reporting to stakeholders and optimizing based on real-time data.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of multichannel campaign strategy development and marketing execution experience.
  • Experience in B2B Enterprise Technology Marketing.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to navigate large teams cross-functionally.
  • Deep understanding of campaign creation and tools used in digital and traditional marketing.
  • Strong writing skills to develop copy from product marketing messaging.
  • Understanding of funnel conversion and campaign performance metrics, utilizing tools like Tableau, Allocadia, and Marketo.
  • Strong leadership and consensus-building skills, with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to analyze data for program modifications and optimization.
  • Strong project management skills, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating multiple projects.
