Equifax is looking to bring on a talented Senior Business Services Agent. This role is responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving customer relationships while interacting with customers on a daily basis. The agent will answer customer calls and emails, providing prompt issue resolution, and manage outbound calls to gain information and/or follow up to resolve customer issues. The role also contributes to positive metrics such as First Contact Resolution, quality, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence, and productivity. A key part of the role involves managing client dialog while documenting details of client interaction in Salesforce.
