Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Lending Advisor (BLA) within Business Banking. The Senior Business Lending Advisor serves as a client-focused sales and advisory leader responsible for driving secured lending growth through proactive client engagement, strategic relationship management, and disciplined execution across the lending lifecycle. This role is accountable for building and maintaining a strong network of internal partners and external referral sources to identify opportunities, acquire new clients, and deepen existing relationships. The BLA partners closely with Business Banking Relationship Managers (BBRMs), credit, and operations teams to understand client financial needs, deliver tailored lending solutions, and guide customers through the end-to-end lending process. Through consultative client conversations and comprehensive credit assessment, the BLA evaluates risk, structures appropriate financing solutions, and ensures alignment to both client objectives and enterprise standards. The role also drives consistent pipeline generation through outreach, referral management, and engagement with centers of influence, while maintaining strong operational discipline across documentation, systems, and internal processes.
