About the position

The Senior Business Intelligence Finance Analyst at Collette is a pivotal role within the Finance Team, responsible for creating analytical outputs that support business decisions and enhance operational efficiency. This hybrid position involves collaboration with senior leadership to deliver insightful data analysis, develop dashboards, and generate reports that drive financial planning and reporting activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling and analysis, including assessments of operation efficiency, profitability and sales metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide financial guidance on projects, investments and business opportunities.
• Maintain and improve financial planning and reporting tools.
• Communicate findings through comprehensive reports and presentations.
• Utilize analytical tools to gather and process large datasets from various sources, identifying patterns, trends and actionable insights.
• Work with the Business Intelligence team to develop insights for management.
• Lead and manage key projects within the team to include management of resources.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics and Finance
• Masters Degree required
• SQL Certification required
• Power BI Certification required
• Business Analytics Certification required
