Primary responsibilities include addressing benefits issues such as auto-enrollment and plan amendments, responding to participant inquiries regarding plan provisions, enrollment, investments, and loans, and leading educational meetings about plan features. Additionally, the role encompasses coordinating trustee meetings, preparing meeting materials, generating quarterly reports, and maintaining thorough client documentation.
