TWR Canada is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our Finance & Administration team in either a full-time or fractional capacity (30–40 hours/week). This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and is passionate about supporting ministry through excellence in financial stewardship, accuracy, and accountability. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Administration, the Senior Bookkeeper will oversee full-cycle accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll support, reconciliations, fund accounting, financial reporting, and audit preparation. The role also supports missionary and ministry financial operations, ensuring donations, designated funds, and financial transactions are managed with integrity and in accordance with donor intent and Canadian charitable compliance requirements. The successful candidate will bring strong accounting knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a paperless, cloud-based environment. This position requires someone who can work independently while collaborating effectively with ministry leaders, staff, vendors, and global ministry partners.
