About the position
Trumpet Behavioral Health (TBH) is hiring a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our local clinical team and thrive in our Peoria, AZ Center! As a certified BCBA with three to five years of experience working with children in special education, you will conduct classroom observations and collaborate with team members in the educational environment. You will train, consult, and support paraprofessionals effectively, applying your behavior-analytic skills to individuals with diverse backgrounds and clinical needs. You will coach the development of conceptually, function-based behavior intervention plans and manage your time effectively to change the lives of individuals needing ABA therapy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom observations and assessments.
- Collaborate with team members in educational settings.
- Train and support paraprofessionals in behavior-analytic techniques.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Manage a caseload of clients requiring ABA therapy.
Requirements
- Certified BCBA with three to five years of experience in special education.
- Master's degree in special education, psychology, or a related field.
- Ability to conduct classroom observations and assessments.
