About the position
Trumpet Behavioral Health (TBH) is hiring a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our local clinical team and thrive in our Tracy, CA Center! As a state of California certified BCBA with three to five years of experience working with children in special education, you will conduct classroom observations with ease and collaborate with all other team members in the educational environment. You will train, consult, and support paraprofessionals effectively, applying your behavior-analytic skills to individuals with different backgrounds, cultures, and clinical needs. You will coach the development of conceptually, function-based behavior intervention plans with others, while managing your time effectively and dedicating yourself to changing the lives of individuals needing ABA therapy.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- State of California certified BCBA
- 3-5 years of experience working with children in special education
- Master's degree in special education, psychology, or related field or Master's equivalent with ABA
