About the position

Trumpet Behavioral Health (TBH) is hiring a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our local clinical team and thrive in our San Bruno, CA Center! You will be responsible for conducting classroom observations, collaborating with team members in the educational environment, and training paraprofessionals effectively. You will apply your behavior-analytic skills to individuals with different backgrounds, cultures, and clinical needs, and coach the development of conceptually, function-based behavior intervention plans. This role requires a self-motivated individual who excels at managing time and is dedicated to changing the lives of individuals needing ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom observations

Requirements

• State of California certified BCBA
• 3-5 years of experience working with children in special education
• Master's degree in special education, psychology, or related field or equivalent with ABA
