About the position
Trumpet Behavioral Health (TBH) is hiring a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our local clinical team and thrive in our Overland Park Center! We're looking for innovative leaders eager to support our families and RBTs and desire to provide high-quality ABA services to diverse individuals.
Responsibilities
- Support families and RBTs in providing high-quality ABA services.
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical team members.
- Train peers, therapists, and families effectively.
- Manage time efficiently while providing client case management.
Requirements
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of ABA.
- Master's Degree or higher.
