About The Position

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Represent Operations as a SME and stakeholder in Global Collateral related and other initiatives. Gather, analyse, and document information for new Business Requirements in support to Global Collateral activities from stakeholders in Operations. Participate in Business Requirements modelling and writing with Product and Engineering experts. Collaborate with colleagues to identify potential efficiencies / enhancements of operational process flows. Review Business and Functional Requirements. Prepare and coordinate the project implementation and operational readiness. Assist with non-standard service support requests. SME for new processes, products, and services. Facilitate communication between internal users, Product and Engineering experts.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Strong AI and digital tools capability; light coding experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to identify innovative solutions and new opportunities using the latest technology
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Thorough, with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Adaptable and flexible; able to switch contexts quickly and prioritize tasks effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Graduate degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred
  • Experience in Operations, Business Analysis or Technology preferred
  • Working knowledge of enterprise principal custody and collateral management systems highly preferred
