About the position

The Senior Analyst - Supply Chain Analytics is responsible for developing, managing, and publishing analytics within the supply chain group, focusing on Inventory, Demand, and Supply Planning. This role involves conducting complex data analysis to empower internal stakeholders and improve operational results, while managing cross-functional analytic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Inventory Strategy to align with business objectives, ensuring key analytics are available to support data-driven transformation.
• Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Tackle complex supply chain challenges using expertise in Supply Chain Operations, Business Analytics, Process Improvement, Risk Management, and What-if analysis.
• Empower Inventory SBU leaders & stakeholders with insights for more efficient, risk-averse operations.
• Question and improve traditional methods with innovative techniques and technology, enhancing supply chain processes and working capital utilization.
• Analyse market trends to guide inventory management in demand and supply planning and supply chain strategy adjustments.
• Lead a team dedicated to optimizing workflow processes and systems.
• Assist in developing strategic policies and procedures to enhance operational outcomes.
• Manage reporting functions, including KPIs, lean kaizen initiatives, and special requests.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold ethical standards within the supply chain function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain transformation, focusing on inventory optimization, forecasting, planning, cost reduction, and network modelling.
• Familiarity with the industry landscape, including key suppliers, customers, and competitors.
• Proven ability to build relationships with decision-makers both internally and externally.
• Exceptional negotiation and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on coaching and conflict resolution.
• Proven, effective analytical skills.
• Strong PowerBI skills required.
• Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to generate accurate and timely analysis using advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong data mining, aggregation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and departments within the organization.
• Ability to work effectively under time constraints and multitask.
• Motivated self-starter who is organized, efficient, and team-oriented.
