Responsibilities
- Direct multi-mode transportation service offerings for distribution customers.
- Oversee vendor selection and negotiate rates.
- Plan transportation routes to meet customer needs and transit time expectations.
- Ensure transport carrier performance meets UPS standards and regulatory compliance.
- Provide recommendations for operational improvements.
- Maximize efficiency and utilization of the transportation network fleet to reduce costs and improve margins.
- Provide administrative or technical support to ensure effective ongoing operations.
Requirements
