About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Accountant with 3–5 years of accounting experience and strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. The ideal candidate will have a solid accounting foundation combined with experience utilizing Oracle Fusion Financials to support month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements. This role will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of financial operations within a cloud-based ERP environment.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years in related field
  • 3+ years of General Ledger accounting experience
  • 3+ years of accounting, auditing, or similar work
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules including: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Subledger Accounting (SLA), Project Accounting
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion reporting tools, Smart View, and financial data analysis
  • Strong understanding of month-end close and financial reporting processes
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of GAAP and internal control requirements
  • Experience working in multi-entity or global business environments
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP integrations and financial data management processes
  • Strong Oracle Fusion navigation and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Ability to analyze financial data and identify process improvements
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities using Oracle Fusion Financials
  • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments within Oracle Fusion General Ledger and Project Accounting module
  • Manage account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies across multiple financial modules
  • Generate and analyze financial reports using Oracle Fusion reporting tools, including Smart View and Financial Data Intelligence (FDI)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve accounting workflows and Oracle Fusion system utilization
  • Participate in Oracle Fusion enhancements, testing, upgrades, and implementation projects
  • Assist in process automation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within Oracle Fusion
