About The Position

Webull Management LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant to maintain balance sheet and profit & loss accounts, support tax and regulatory filings, and monitor internal controls. This role involves performing reconciliations to improve efficiency and accuracy, streamlining systems and processes to automate manual accounting functions, and conducting annual audits while preparing financial statements in accordance with GAAP. The Senior Accountant will liaise with internal/external auditors, tax accountants, and regulatory teams, manage banking settlements, and compute regulatory requirements for 15c3-3 Reserve Calculation and monitor RAC levels for Canadian broker dealers. The position also includes managing the month-end closing process, reconciling accounts, booking closing entries, analyzing fluctuations, and preparing customer reserve calculations for future and brokerage customers.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
6 months as Accountant or Accounting Associate
6-month experience in accounting analysis & financial reporting in accordance with GAAP, preparing budgets, month-end reporting
6-month use of Microsoft Office, Oracle ERP

Responsibilities
