About The Position

Accurate Paper Box is a rapidly growing folding carton manufacturer based in Knoxville, Tennessee. We are scaling aggressively and building the operational and financial systems necessary to support long term growth. This is not a traditional accounting role. While maintaining accurate books and financial discipline is essential, we are looking for someone who will actively improve how the business operates through analysis, reporting, and process improvement. This role requires someone who not only analyzes financial and operational data, but also takes ownership of implementing improvements, fixing broken processes, and ensuring those changes are consistently followed across the organization. Because we are a lean and rapidly growing organization, this role requires someone who is comfortable operating both strategically and tactically. At times you will be building financial reporting and improving operational processes, and at other times you may be processing transactions, reconciling accounts, or assisting with payroll. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of outcomes rather than focusing only on job boundaries. The person in this role will serve as both a Senior Accountant and an Operational Finance Analyst, responsible for maintaining the accounting foundation while helping leadership build financial visibility, improve operational discipline, and support the company’s growth.
