Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day customer service support for clients and their employees on issues related to billing, eligibility, employee benefits, and claims.
  • Notify relevant stakeholders (e.g., producers, account executives, managers) of any service, billing, enrollment, or claims issues.
  • Consolidate data files, utilize Excel functions, and build enrollment/claims reports and PowerPoint presentations for clients.
  • Coordinate and manage client open enrollment activities, including materials, communication, and enrollment/termination requests.
  • Stay up-to-date on carrier changes, and new regulations, and maintain records in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or account management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
