About the position

The Senior Account Manager at Coegi is responsible for overseeing digital health and operations of various marketing campaigns across multiple channels including display, video, social media, and more. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication regarding RFPs, campaign goals, and performance. The Senior Account Manager also collaborates with internal teams to ensure effective campaign execution and provides mentorship to junior staff.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a client portfolio of high touch accounts within Coegi.
  • Monitor activation and pacing of a campaign portfolio across all programmatic, search and social platforms.
  • Review status and performance of campaigns with the Account Strategy Director and client on a regular basis.
  • Respond to strategy requests or RFPs of current clients with best-in-class proposals.
  • Respond to client emails and phone calls within one business day.
  • Actively participate in training across multiple platforms.
  • Provide expertise and research to the Account Strategy Team and Business Development on new business calls and client presentations.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in digital media campaigns for clients.
  • Work closely with assigned Account Strategy Directors to bring innovative and strategic digital marketing knowledge to clients.
  • Demonstrate an ability to think big picture for client accounts and express curiosity for the client vertical.
  • Manage both executional tasks and complex strategic projects related to client campaigns or ongoing needs.
  • Provide proactive communication to keep teammates informed and anticipate client requests.
  • Maintain strong account ownership and demonstrate leadership in proposed solutions.
  • Understand cross-departmental frameworks and operational concepts for client communication.
  • Manage project timelines and deadlines associated with client accounts.
  • Promote Coegi's external marketing by developing blogs, white papers, and case studies.
  • Assist in training new employees in conjunction with Leadership.
  • Work with the Director of Client Service to improve and innovate department processes.
  • Provide mentorship opportunities to new employees within the Client Service department.
  • Maintain current and accurate time records related to agency and client work assignments.
  • Attend internal training, online conferences, seminars, and travel to client locations.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in an agency environment with digital campaign management, programmatic bidding, or social advertising experience.
  • Experience with real-time marketing using platforms like The Trade Desk, DV360, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Self-starter with personal responsibility for education in relevant digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with trafficking 3rd party creative tags and implementing tracking pixels.
  • Experience with both direct-response and brand marketing.
  • Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team environment while handling multiple projects with deadlines.
