About the position

The Senior Account Manager in the Client Services team at Influencer is responsible for overseeing and executing brand campaigns post-sale, ensuring best-in-class client service. This role involves managing client relationships, leading key meetings, and supporting new business opportunities while achieving monthly KPI targets. The position requires a strong background in influencer marketing and account management, with a focus on delivering impactful campaign outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee campaign execution for specific campaigns.
  • Collaborate with a team of client service individuals to support campaign execution.
  • Take on client-facing ownership and responsibilities alongside the Senior Account Director and Vice President.
  • Join, lead, and support key client meetings.
  • Manage and work collaboratively to support new business opportunities with clients.
  • Support in achieving and exceeding monthly KPI targets.
  • Negotiate with influencers and manage budgets, forecasting, and project costs.
  • Lead the creation of Post Campaign Analysis reports and present them to clients in partnership with the Insights & Measurement Team.
  • Continuously focus on delivering best-in-class client service.

Requirements

  • 5+ years working in an agency or brand within client services, influencer marketing, advertising, social media, and/or creative.
  • Experience in account management, creator management, measurement, paid media, and working within a revenue organization.
  • Experience identifying and sourcing creator talent.
  • Experience with influencer negotiations and contracts.
  • Experience scoping and planning content calendars based on creator rates and client KPIs.
  • Experience in influencer outreach and agency collaboration.
  • Experience working with travel and/or hospitality brands.
  • Familiarity with social platforms including TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snap.
  • Experience managing multiple campaign responsibilities and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience delivering post-campaign analysis presentations and reports.
  • Experience reviewing legal agreements with creators and brands, understanding usage and payment terms.
  • Experience in revenue recognition systems and processes.
  • Commercially aware, detail-oriented, organized, confident, and polished.
  • Exceptional communication skills and comfort leading client calls and presentations.
  • Nimble, forward-thinking, strategic, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Positive, collaborative, and exudes leadership qualities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort with numbers.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Hubspot and Salesforce is a plus.
  • General understanding of the travel competitive marketplace is a plus.
  • Experience with designing decks is a plus.
  • A love for the travel space is a plus.
