The position involves developing and implementing a sales strategy that aligns a global customer strategy to local customer requirements for all Axcelis products, including tools, services, and parts. The individual will be responsible for driving implementation of Global Account Plans for assigned territories and customers, selling all Axcelis products and services, and meeting revenue targets. The role requires liaising with various departments to ensure sales and marketing strategies are integrated with corporate objectives, providing technical product information to customers, and identifying products that align with customer needs. The individual will also be responsible for growing Axcelis market share, developing annual operating plans for accounts, coordinating customer meetings, and monitoring the competitive environment in the assigned territory, which includes Texas and Utah, preferably with the individual located near Dallas, TX.
