About the position
Prime Hospitality Group is seeking a Steward to assist in the setup, operation, and cleaning of both the interior and exterior of Ruth's Chris Steak House. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization that the restaurant is known for, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for guests.
Responsibilities
- Wash, store, and organize all dishes, glassware, utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans, and other small equipment for the restaurant.
- Properly clean and maintain the dishwasher.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand constantly and maintain good mobility for up to four hours at a time.
- Subject to wet floors, extreme temperatures, smoke, dust, and loud noises.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, and carry racks of dishes, trash cans, linen bags, and other items weighing up to 75 pounds.
