Requirements

University degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent co-op work experience.
1–2 years of experience in technology writing and/or business writing.
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including knowledge of the presentation development process from storyboard creation to final delivery and speaker notes preparation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical content into language suitable for senior executive audiences.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify reporting errors and inaccuracies.
Understanding of storytelling techniques and the ability to craft summaries and narratives related to business rationale, accomplishments, and projects.
Ability to create engaging visual content and use graphics to communicate key information effectively.
Strong research, fact-checking, and source verification skills.
Ability to independently manage initiatives, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting executive or senior management communications, workshops, executive reporting, or broad external communications is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Support the development and expansion of cybersecurity narratives, executive-level communications, reporting, and presentation materials.
Coordinate and prepare materials for key security forums, including Security Council, Business Unit Risk Committees, CISO forums, and town halls.
Gather and compile reports and presentation materials for recurring meetings, ad-hoc business narratives, and external speaking engagements.
Research security trends, emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, regulatory developments, and evolving risks, and translate findings into business insights.
Assist in developing the global security strategy with a focus on emerging technologies and alignment with security programs and initiatives.
Support the development of micro-strategies and business cases related to future strategic investments and return on investment initiatives.
Prepare reports and presentation materials for senior leadership forums and engagements.
Collaborate with delivery teams, program teams, technical managers, and business stakeholders within a global environment.
