Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Knowledge of security procedures, fire safety, and emergency response.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with people at all levels.
Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
Quick thinking and sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
A polished appearance and demeanor that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Identify and respond to security violations, emergencies, and safety risks to ensure the well-being of employees, visitors, and assets.
Conduct scheduled and random inspections of premises to detect and prevent unauthorized activity, theft, vandalism, or other security breaches.
Act swiftly during emergencies, including fires, medical incidents, and hazardous material situations, until authorities arrive.
Monitor gates and access points, verify identification, as needed.
Maintain detailed records of incidents, irregularities, and emergency actions to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
Work closely with local law enforcement and security agencies to address and resolve security concerns.
