About The Position

Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Security Officer to join the Security team at this gorgeous Atlanta property! Located in one of Atlanta's most prestigious neighborhoods, this Forbes 4-Star and AAA 4-Diamond hotel is a 42-story tower with over 200 rooms (127 guest rooms plus residences), over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes the 3-meal restaurant, bar, and in-room dining. Requirements

• Previous security or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Excellent observational and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of guests, team members, and property.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and patrol assigned areas.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and effective manner.
• Enforce hotel policies and procedures.
• Provide assistance and information to guests and team members.
