About The Position

This is a Part Time position that is responsible for monitoring daily traffic entering and leaving the Tyson Fresh Meats Inc. facility, answering phones, and communicating with Material Handling on the status of loads. These positions are also responsible for monitoring what is being brought into and out of the facility and enforcing Tyson policy if needed. This position is also in constant communication with truck drivers, vendors, customers of Tyson Fresh Meats, and Team Members. Other job assignment duties may be assigned by a supervisor. The Security department runs 3 shifts, and shift assignment will be determined upon job offer and any other tasks assigned by a member of management. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
None required experience
Basic computer skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate under stressful situations
