Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
• Provide general security duties to clients.
• Promote safety by observing, correcting, and reporting hazards.
• Understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures and DSI's safety manual.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• Act as a liaison with the client as a supervisor.
• Manage day-to-day operations during assigned shifts, including client and employee relations.
• Communicate all issues to the chain of command, including scheduling, staffing, and record keeping.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Class D or G security license required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable means of transportation and communication required.
• Ability to pass all required background and drug screenings.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills required.
• Effective written and oral communication skills required.
