As a Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, support access control activities, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post. Requirements

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify access permissions, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns according to site guidelines.
Support site operations by completing routine reports, maintaining awareness of changing conditions, and following post orders for assigned unarmed patrol duties.
