As a Security Officer Unarmed Driving Patrol in Union City, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
X-ray screening experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
Monitor access points, check credentials and/or visitor logs, and help to control entry and exit activity for personnel, guests, and delivery traffic at the location.
Observe loading docks, trailer yards, and high-traffic operational areas for policy compliance, report concerns, and support orderly operations during busy periods and/or after hours.
