As a Security Officer TWIC Patrol Driver Role in Deer Park, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support access and badge activities, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license in the job state. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
A TSA issued TWIC is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and/or potential hazards.
Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor requirements, and document site activity in accordance with post orders and reporting procedures.
Complete routine reports and logs, support emergency and evacuation protocols when appropriate, and report maintenance concerns, spills, and/or suspicious conditions to the proper personnel.
