About The Position

As a Security Officer Screening Agent in Spring, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and personnel by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and applicable emergency response activities at the location.
• Screen individuals, packages, bags, and/or vehicles entering and exiting the location in accordance with post orders and established security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations through appropriate site communication channels.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and document screening-related activity to help support authorized access and the orderly flow of operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around designated screening areas, access points, and perimeter locations as directed by site policies and operational needs.
