Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a front desk location by following site-specific procedures and Allied Universal standards.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying identification, processing visitor check-in and/or sign-in activities, and directing guests to the appropriate contact or destination.
• Answer phones, assist with general inquiries, and support front desk operations in a professional manner within a fast-paced technology and telecommunications environment.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Complete required logs, reports, and other documentation related to access control, visitor activity, and security-related events in accordance with site policies.
