As a Security Officer Patrol Specialist in Stanton, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location supporting tourism operations, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist visitors and staff with professionalism and care. Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and First Aid knowledge is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government tourism location.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site guidelines.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, public areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directional information, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support Allied Universal and site leadership by preparing reports, communicating clearly with local contacts and/or emergency personnel, and following post orders for assigned patrol duties.
