About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
• Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a fast-paced technology location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials where required, and report policy violations, maintenance issues, and/or suspicious behavior according to site procedures.
• Support day-to-day operations by assisting with visitor directions, observing loading and delivery areas, and helping to deter unauthorized access to restricted spaces.
