As a Security Officer Mobile Security Patrol in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with a caring, agile, and reliable approach while working as part of a team that values integrity and innovation.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a food and beverage distribution or production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, loading docks, warehouses, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points for employees, visitors, and delivery personnel, verifying credentials and/or following site post orders for entry, exit, and visitor processing.
• Support day-to-day location operations by observing trailer yards, shipping and receiving areas, and high-traffic zones, and by communicating security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
