About the position
Allied Universal is seeking Security Officers to oversee a Luxury Retail location in Midtown East, Manhattan. This full-time position involves providing safety and security services while ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires flexibility in work shifts and days, with a pay rate of $26.09 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by implementing safety and security procedures and site-specific policies.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
Requirements
- 2+ years of security experience.
- Ability to walk/stand for long periods of time.
- Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
