About the position

As a Security Officer at Allied Universal, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding clients across various industries, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government. This position involves providing customer service, conducting regular patrols, and responding to incidents while ensuring safety and security protocols are followed. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by implementing safety and security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Ensure access control and maintain shot records as required.
• Participate in ongoing training programs, including CHSP and Vilt training.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening as a condition of employment.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions.
