Requirements

  • Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience.
  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • Be at least 21+ years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, exterior areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points, helping to identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access as directed by site procedures, and report suspicious persons, vehicles, and/or behavior.
  • Support security-related operations by assisting with alarm response, observing ATM and customer service areas, and completing routine reports on daily activities and incidents.
