Requirements

  • 20+ Years of Age
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, public areas, restricted access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas while verifying access permissions, assisting with directions, and following post orders related to government location requirements.
  • Support day-to-day operations by communicating with site contacts, local authorities, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, patrol findings, and changing conditions at the location.
