About The Position

We are seeking a Security Manager for the CSES contract. The Security Manager leads IT security and ISSO support and assists the Domestic Information System Security Officer in managing risk for SBU workstations, Secret classified operating environments, and CCS/consolidated bureau systems. This position is responsible for security deliverables, compliance support, security monitoring coordination, and management of security personnel and deadlines.

Requirements

Experience managing cybersecurity/ISSO support for a large Government agency with requirements of similar size, scope, and complexity.
Experience managing personnel and meeting deliverable deadlines.
CISSP
Bachelor’s in IT, Engineering, or related field or additional 4 years experience in lieu
Top Secret / SCI
U.S. Citizenship

Responsibilities

Manage IT security and ISSO support activities across systems, environments, and managed services.
Assist Government security stakeholders in managing operational risk for SBU workstations, classified environments, and consolidated bureau systems.
Coordinate security controls, access-related support, audits, vulnerability remediation, security reporting, and compliance deliverables.
Supervise security personnel and ensure deadlines, quality requirements, and Government reporting expectations are met.
Coordinate with service owners, system owners, configuration/release teams, and operations teams to embed security into service delivery.
Support security posture improvements for on-premise, off-premise, and cloud environments as applicable.
