As a Security Guard - Full Time - Mornings in Green Bay, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy transportation location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including exterior areas, parking areas, loading and shipping zones, and perimeter points, noting unusual activity and/or potential hazards.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, verify authorized access, and help to deter unauthorized presence in restricted and operational areas.
• Complete routine reports and document incidents, observations, and/or patrol findings while following site instructions and Allied Universal standards.
