Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy government healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, support access awareness, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Hospital vaccines are required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and patients by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies at a public service location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify permitted access when required, and document security-related events, observations, and/or concerns in written or electronic reports.
• Support emergency response activities by communicating with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership while maintaining professionalism and strong public-facing service.
