About the position

The Security / Fire Alarm Technician role involves the installation and servicing of security and fire alarm systems, cameras, and access control systems. The position requires direct interaction with clients and troubleshooting of various systems, ensuring safety and security measures are effectively implemented.

Responsibilities

  • Install and service Security & Fire Alarm Systems, Cameras, and Access Control.
  • Troubleshoot and repair security systems as needed.
  • Communicate directly with clients to understand their security needs.
  • Maintain a clean criminal and driving record to comply with company policies.

Requirements

  • Must be a US citizen or have authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Must hold or be able to obtain a Level 1 Technician License.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of Security & Fire Alarm Systems, Cameras, and Access Control Systems is required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and service/repair systems is essential.
  • Must be motivated, respectful, dependable, and trustworthy.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2 years of experience in Security / Fire Systems is preferred.
