About The Position
Nelson Mullins is seeking an associate to join its securities group. As a Nelson Mullins associate, you’ll be joining the ranks of over 1,000 attorneys and policy advisors, a Firm culture that will offer you a broad practice platform that is also personal enough to provide individual client attention no matter your office location.
Requirements
- At least 3 but no more than 5 years of meaningful experience in mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, capital markets, or Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) while working at a midsize or large law firm.
- Strong academic credentials and writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Admitted to practice and in good standing with either the DC or New York Bar.
